Main Functions Introduction

1	Pre-milling   The pre-milling device uses double milling cutters to modify the ripple marks caused by the cutting saw after processing, in order to achieve better edge sealing effect.
2	Gluing The adhesive banding device uses a special structure to evenly coat the edge banding plate and edge banding material, ensuring a stronger adhesion force.
3	End trimming   The front and rear end trimming device moves through precise linear guide rails, adopts structures such as automatic tracking of profiles and fast cutting by high-frequency high-speed motors, ensuring a smooth and flat cutting section.
4	Fine trimming   The precision trimming device is used to remove excess edge banding materials from the upper and lower parts of the edge banding belt of the processed sheet metal. It adopts structures such as automatic tracking of profiles and high-frequency high-speed motors to ensure the flatness and smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the sheet metal during trimming.
5	Corner trimming   The imitation tracking and rounding device can make the end face of the sheet more smooth and beautiful.
6	Scraping The edge scraping device is used to eliminate ripple marks caused by the cutting process of non linear edge trimming, making the upper and lower parts of the edge material smoother and cleaner.
7	Buffing The polishing device uses a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed board, and through polishing, the edge banding end face is made smoother.
